|Recommended: NoOnly if you have to — If it's not the worst apartment complex its a close runner-up. The buildings themselves should be condemned. Im scared I am going to fall through the floor when I walk around. Maintenance is clueless. You are better off fixing the problem yourself because they will make it worse. The pool is falling apart. Pieces of the tile and cement are always crumbled on the bottom. They don't run the filtration system only throw large amounts of chlorine in the water every morning. You have to wear goggles and cant go under water a lot. If you say anything to the staff she gives you the runaround and swears maintenance does more than they actually do. They raise the rent while taking away amenities. They come inside your apartment whenever they want. Its like living in a dorm room and having a RA bust in while you're naked. You hear gunshots from surrounding areas daily. Theres been multiple fights break-ins gun violence and huge parking lot size fights. The playground is dangerous and bees live in the equipment. I could go on and on. Don't move here unless you have no other choice.

|Recommended: YesI Wish I Could Stay Forever — The only reason my family is moving is due to being a military family but, I have loved every moment of us being here. There isn't much of any noise and maintenance and leasing are amazing and quick to get back to you about anything

|Recommended: YesOh, What a Great Place to Live — Great place to live. Very quite and clean. Staff is very pleasant and always ready to help. They send out alert messages so that everyone knows what's going on in the complex. I love how they handle my service calls. Always on time.

|Recommended: YesHunter’s Run — The Hunter’s Run property is one of the most affordable places to live in within the Columbus area. New students attending college should find it fairly close to the main campus, and it has many shopping centers available around it. The staff is always friendly, and maintenance always comes when requested.
