|Recommended: YesThe property is in a great location, it is a quiet environment and friendly staff — Living in Hunters Run is peaceful. The staff is friendly and willing to help in any way possible, they keep contact with us and care about their residents. The neighbors are friendly, there's a great gym, pool, and laundry facility. I would recommend making Hunters Run your home.

They reacted immediately to not only avoid the outcome of damage to my personal things and property but in concern of the property beneath my unit . |Recommended: YesMy light went out in my kitchen, it wasn't just the light but a extra part they had to replace.. I have to say Hunters Run has the greatest maintenance guys you could ever want.
Went and got the part and had my lights back on within 20 mins.
Mr. Underwood and Lonnie are the best maintenance guys you could ever ask for.

|Recommended: YesWe haven't had an issues at all — We've been living here for 5 months now, and we haven't had any issues at all. The property staff has always been helpful and professional. Maintenance comes quick to fix any issues we've had around the apartment. The outside has always been nice that's one of the things that sold us on these apartments . Although the apartments are older, I do think they do a good job of keeping them up and addressing any issues that arise.

|Recommended: YesA great community for all — If you are looking to live in a community that is safe quiet and clean. This is the place for you. It is not a gated community but you would think it is. The homes provided stay up to date as new things are always being added. You don’t find trash on the grounds ever. Maintenance is quick to respond to any and all issues and the management staff is friendly and truly treats you as family. Resolving matters professionally and making you feel right at home.
