Although our time has not been long at all it doesn't take away any of the love we have living here Office ladies are such sweethearts, they always make you feel you are their only tenant to tend to Would highly recommend living here to anyone Grounds are very well kept and I love how our safety is important to them They showed this importance with how well the parking lot is glowing with the street lights Look forward to many years at Hunters Run

Front office girls are always very nice, and very caring about getting what you need.
Maintenance guys are great, always very fast to fix or replace anything in your apt.you might need.

|Recommended: YesI've lived here for over 10 years. I LOVE it here. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is wonderful. Recently, on a holiday weekend, I had to call them at 11 p.m. Lonnie responded immediately and took care of the problem right away, and he did it with a smile. He and Trevor are always very helpful. They keep the grounds clean and looking good. And they all do their job with a smile. This is the best place I have ever lived 🙄

|Recommended: YesWe have loved raising our small family here at Hunters Run. The community is quiet, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, the maintenance team is responsive and so helpful, and the property is well maintained.

|Recommended: YesI love this place I have been a resident of Hunters Run 7 years now. Wow time flies. The property manager and the staff are amazing people, very friendly and warm hearted people. Always willing and able to help. The property is kept up very nicely, very quiet throughout the day and night. I couldn't ask for a better place to live 💕

|Recommended: YesI called over the weekend inquiring about an availability. The property manager was so nice professional he sold me on the apartment complex. He gave me all the information I needed plus more. I hope to rent from you within the near future, I would love to stay at this apartment complex because of how awesome this staff is by reading the previous reviews.

|Recommended: YesI called over the weekend inquiring about an availability. Unfortunately, there were no vacancies however the leasing agent I spoke with, Mariah, was so sweet and helpful. She took her time and answered all of my questions being super patient with me the entire time. She took my info in order to follow up with me should something come available in the near future. Highly recommend this office staff and I am hoping to be able to lease with them soon

|Recommended: Yes5 Star rating for the staff members. They are professional and here to serve. Extra kudos to Mr. Lonnie our maintenance man...very professional, friendly and thorough. He has assisted with several work orders without complaint. We greatly appreciate it In addition there are always fun activities each month...I have enjoyed many of them...it promotes family bonding time
