|Recommended: YesOverall Safe, Quiet, Clean, and Spacious outside area. I lived there for 2 years — I would not live on the first floor. Noise level is really bad.
|Recommended: YesCalled the office about a problem in my apt.that afternoon. Office staff was very nice and had someone the very next morning to address it.
Ronnie the Maintenance guy came early that morning fixed the problem and a couple more I didn't even know I had.
One thing about Hunters Run they address the problem and has one of the greatest maintenance staff around

|Recommended: YesI love my home — Hunters Run is one of the BEST decisions I have ever made From Mr. Melvin asking about my son’s studies and well being by name, to the office staff that is always friendly and ready to help, to Mr. Lonnie in maintenance. They all get a thumbs up from me. I don’t see myself parting with this property any time soon. I LOVE it here

|Recommended: Yesive been at hunters run for about 5 years now and the apartments are older but,well maintained. never had an issue with noise during quiet hours either. the maintenance professionals here are always on top of any issues that you may have. melvin is an excellent property manager in that hes always reaching out to see what can be done to make life better for the residents here.

The maintenance techs are top notch I would recommend Hunters Run to anyone looking for a nice place to live. 10 stars from me

I love the space of the home, and the helpful, friendly knowledgeable staff. Everything so far has been perfect. Thanks to everyone who makes this place so wonderful.
