|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — I love living here. The apartments are beautiful, well kept, and most importantly, affordable. The staff are amazing and friendly. When I walk into the office I know i will be getting a fresh breath of air. All staff members are awesome from the property manager to the leasing agent. Lovie especially is awesome. She is always smiling and chipper. No matter what I need they are willing to help I hate that I have to leave Columbus and leave the property, I wish I could pick them up and take them with me Great job you guys.

|Recommended: YesAffordable and Comfortable Apartments — I have been living here for 2.5 years and has enjoyed my spacious, cozy two bedroom apartment. The property includes remarkable onsite amenities at Hunters Run such as a pool, gym and tennis court. The staff is very friendly and professional. The apartments are reasonable and the rent is consistently the same even after the annual renewal. I would truly recommend this place to newcomers in the area.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance is very good - even after standard work hours — My air conditioner was not working in June when I returned from out of town after 5pm on a Friday. They provided me with a number for the maintenance man and he was at my apartment in less than 30 minutes and within 1 hour e had fixed the problem with the air conditioner. I was very happy

The office staff are extremely polite and do the best they can to make you feel at home. The maintenance department has also been wonderful in quickly fixing any issues. Overall, I highly recommend living at Hunters Run

The staff is amazing They take the time to really know their residents, and are always available to help. I would recommend Hunters Run to anyone that is looking for a new place to call home

|Recommended: YesOur Quiet, Family-Friendly Neighborhood — We have been a part of the Hunter's Run community for almost four years. It is one of the few apartment complexes in Columbus where it is small enough for us to feel like a neighborhood, and just large enough to offer the amenities our toddler, tween, and teen enjoy and so do we The office staff is friendly, helpful, caring, and proactive. The maintenance team responds quickly and does a wonderful job addressing concerns within the unit and on our property. They even brought a table out to our building's front yard so the kids could do their homework outside in the spring.
We love it here. The only downside is that there are no 3 bedroom apartment options.

|Recommended: YesPretty Satisifed — For the price I really don’t have anything negative to say. The staff is awesome Anytime I had any maintenance problems they were right there to fix it same day or next day. The rooms are pretty big compared to most apartments and I love that I got a two bedroom, two bath for less than 1,000 can’t beat that
