I would have given 5 stars but really wished i had updated doors in my apartment because it closes well and looks alot better

|Recommended: YesGreat place to stay — I've only been here for about a year and I really love it. There is always parking even if you want to invite people over. The landscaping is well kept. The pool is always clean and has comfortable pool side seating. Whenever i have an issue in my apartment maintenance always comes within a timely manner to fix the problem. The staff are wonderful, and they always plan fun events for the residents throughout the year to be apart of. Overall, I really like staying here
|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live — This is honestly the best apartment complex I have ever lived at The prices are amazing considering the apartment size, the side of town it's on, the amenities, and it's convenient location. The management and staff are also amazing They're quick to solve any issues and are always friendly. I would definitely recommend living here.
|Recommended: YesA Great place to live — The community is very quiet and friendly, the staff is nice, apartments are nice and affordable, the floors are a bit squeaky but still tolerable. An overall nice apartment community to live in, I'm satisfied.
|Recommended: YesClean and Nice Neighbors — Loved living here for the past 6months. My experience was amazing. Neighbors are nice, Maintenance is timely and polite. Melvin in the leasing office is great to work with and the new young lady. Some other staff wasn't quite helpful. overall the experience has been good and I would recommend this apartment complex to others.

|Recommended: YesAfter One Year — I've been living at Hunters Run for about a year and like all complexes, you can criticize the bad and boast about the good. My experience with the staff has been nothing less than the best. I living by myself was laid up after some surgery and the Rental Office Staff continued to check on me with visits and phone calls. They would bring me my mail until I was able to get to the mail boxes. The staff has always responded to my requests almost immediately and have always been extremely polite and considerate When something in the apartment needs tweeking the maintenance crew has always responded within 24 hours. The whole staff seems to really work very hard in trying to satisfy and please within reason everyone I talk to. I've lived in many apartment complexes from Alaska to Texas to Georgia and this staff is one of the most professional, I've come across. Yea, there could be some upgrades, but as you look around, they are certainly working on them.

|Recommended: YesAwesome place to live — I moved here after my home was severely burglarized, so ofcourse safety was my number one priority. I have been here since 3 2015 I can honestly say I have no complaints. Ofcourse their where concerns after the overturn of staffing however I think it was for the best. Not taking anything away from the previous staff they were good also , however the smallest details we overlook can make the world of difference. Being courteous and kind doesn't cost a thing. The current staff and office admin have truly turned things around for the better. The maintenance staff is highly appreciated for maintaining a clean and healthy living environment for the tenants by insuring enforcing garbage disposals, pet policies etc. They are also very very professional, efficient , neat, friendly , and clean up after themselves. As for the office Adm. my 9yr old calls them her friends so that speaks for itself . Thank you for making our stay here pleasurable ....

|Recommended: YesWe love our quiet, safe, neighborhood — For almost 4 years, we have called Hunter's Run home. We love how quiet an peaceful it is. The staff and maintenance staff really take the time to get to know our families and respond quickly to any issues that arise. The neighborhood is also very family friendly. I feel safe letting the kiddos play outside and use the playground area frequently. All in all, this is an awesome place to live
